Malek Ballan is the founder of the firm. Ballan has a rich experience in various aspects of financial consulting such as financial reporting, handling complex transactions, raising funds, applying for governmental incentives, and solving complicated financial issues such as international tax consulting.

Prior to the establishment of the firm, Malek held senior positions in financial management, tax law, business consulting and finance. 

Malek advised and advises large companies and public companies as well as small businesses.
